Voter Eligibility: You are eligible to vote if you are a Canadian citizen, at least 18 years old on election day, and have been a resident or property owner in the RM of St. Clements for at least six months.

Non-Resident Voters: If you own property in the RM but live elsewhere, you must complete Form 3: Non-Resident Voter Consent Form to be eligible.

Ways to Vote

In-Person Voting: Visit your designated polling station on election day.

Sealed Envelope Ballot: If you are unable to attend a polling station, you may apply to vote by mail. You must apply to vote by sealed envelope before Election Day. Apply early enough by mail or email to allow time to receive and return your ballot. Your completed ballot must be received by the Senior Election Official by 8:00 p.m. on October 28, 2026.

Voting Locations for Non-Resident Voters: If you are a non-resident voter, you may vote at either of the following Winnipeg voting locations:

1. Bronx Park Community Centre
   720 Henderson Highway, Winnipeg

2. Elwick Community Centre
   44 Maberley Road, Winnipeg
